Are the fruits safe during transportation?
Before the parcel is sent, each fruit is carefully wrapped, so that you receive them intact and sound. Mangos, nuts and dried fruit come in protective craft paper bags. The parcels are soft-paper stuffed and packed into an additional transportation box to avoid crumpling or any other damage.
Are your products certified?
Yes, every single one of them.
What if some products arrive in dissatisfying condition?
If you receive low-quality fruit, be sure to inform us immediately. Take a picture of the spoiled products and request a replacement - we’ll arrange it immediately for free. Also, each box contains a flyer with a detailed instruction on what to do in such a case.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 12 p.m. are delivered the same day if the courier option is chosen. InPost parcels are sent out the same if the order is placed before 12 p.m., with shipping time for 1-2 business days. Also, make sure to check the products' availability before planning the order.

We have a time-honored networking of regular suppliers providing direct supplies from Thailand, Vietnam and other countries to Poland. So, literally, we’ve got first-hand supplies from the origin countries.
